Returns

Please Email tori.thatssofletch@gmail.com to initiate a return within 72 hours or receiving your items.

• Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
• All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that your order was delivered.
• Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes anything ending in .97
• Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors, and all tags must still be attached. 
• Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by the team.
• Please include your order number with your return
• Because we turnover inventory quickly, we cannot guarantee an exchange. Please include a note of what you would like exchanged and your original order number.
